Dr Elsayed has experience working in public and private hospitals, and in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr Elsayed provides inpatient and outpatient assessment and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Dr Elsayed has completed his psychiatry training in Sydney South West and South East Local Health Districts, and obtained an Advanced Certificate in Addiction Psychiatry. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and holds an academic appointment as a Conjoint Associate Lecturer at the University of New South Wales.
